Purdia Capital Funding Process & Account Rules Explained

A practical map of how Purdia accounts move from purchase to simulated funding, payout qualification and — for successful traders — live brokerage capital.

Purdia Capital uses a multi-stage funding process. The key point is that “funded” does not automatically mean you are immediately trading a live brokerage account. Depending on the product, you either start with an Evaluation or skip that stage and enter a Sim Funded Account directly.

Fast version: Evaluation traders must pass the evaluation first. Instant Funding buyers skip that first stage. Both paths can lead into the Sim Funded stage, then toward payout eligibility and ultimately a Live Funded Account.

Two ways to enter Purdia

The current Purdia lineup offers both Evaluation Accounts and Instant Funded Accounts. The evaluation path usually has a lower initial price, but you must hit an evaluation profit target and respect the relevant risk rules before moving forward. Instant Funding costs more upfront, but removes that separate challenge stage.

What the Sim Funded Account actually is

The Sim Funded Account (SFA) is still a simulated trading environment. It is the funded-stage account where traders complete the requirements that determine progression toward live funding. This distinction matters because Purdia Capital states that Evaluation Accounts and SFAs themselves are not payout-eligible stages.

For standard EOD Instant Funding, the qualification is built around the account's target or minimum payout balance, minimum active days, profitable-day requirement and max drawdown. Once the SFA requirements are completed, the trader can progress toward live onboarding and payout eligibility.

When payouts become available

According to Purdia's current payout documentation, payout eligibility begins after the Sim Funded stage has been completed. Eligible traders may then operate through a Temporary Sim Funded Account while live brokerage onboarding is completed, or through a Live Funded Account once approved. Payout requests are available daily for eligible accounts rather than only on fixed payout dates.

Why PropFirmWave likes this structure

The useful part is not simply the phrase “daily payouts.” It is the idea that the initial funded qualification is completed once. After eligibility is reached, there is no standard recurring payout-window qualification cycle unless a specific account says otherwise.

Temp SFA and Live Funded Account

Once a trader is eligible for live funding, Purdia describes a temporary simulated stage that bridges the time needed for brokerage onboarding. The final Live Funded Account is different: it is a genuine brokerage account using live capital. Live onboarding includes identity, compliance and brokerage approval requirements.

Purdia also describes a scaling plan for live accounts, where buying power and position limits can increase over time based on account growth, trading history and risk management.

What to check before buying

  • Which stage you are paying for. Evaluation and Instant Funding start at different points.
  • Drawdown model. EOD trailing, intraday trailing and static drawdown require different risk management.
  • Daily loss limit. Some accounts have one and some do not.
  • Profitable-day requirements. These vary by Instant Funding account.
  • Account limits and copy trading. Rules differ by product, especially Static and Pilot accounts.
  • Payout eligibility. “Daily payouts” refers to the eligible stage, not the first day after buying an account.
